Why I Built This

Built by an investor, for investors.

Steven Keech, founder of Ottonix

I built Ottonix because I was tired of losing deals. I was competing on Facebook Marketplace, getting into bidding wars, and watching wholesalers hand deals to other buyers based on relationships alone. I lost a potential $100K profit deal because a wholesaler gave it to someone else for the same price just because they had more experience. That was the moment I knew I had to find my own deals.

I tried ads. Too expensive. I tried cold calling. Too slow. I tried manual texting. Way too time-consuming. So I built my own AI outreach system to do it for me.

From December 2025 to April 2026, I closed 5 of my own rentals with it. Four properties, five units, in five months, all part time. My job was calling the sellers the system handed me.

Now I help other investors and wholesalers find deals without going through the pain I went through. No more Facebook groups, no more losing deals to other buyers, no more overpaying for ads or direct mail, no more cold calling, and no more spending hours texting leads by hand.

What happens with “not right now” leads?
